Wildlife agencies plan to restore grizzlies in Washington

EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Ser­vice, the Nation­al Park Ser­vice and Wash­ing­ton state agen­cies are plan­ning to restore griz­zly bears to the North Cas­cades.
